Product Introduction
The Q03 is a compact and stylish smart ball lock designed for indoor wooden doors. It is made of CNC anodized aluminum, available in Cocoa Tea Gold, Pearlescent Silver and Black, and fits door thickness from 40 to 65 mm. It uses a standard single bolt lock body for easy installation.
It supports four unlocking methods: fingerprint, password, mechanical key and optional App control. It can be expanded with TUYA Bluetooth, TUYA WiFi, TTLock Bluetooth and multiple languages. The lock can store up to 100 fingerprints and 300 passcodes.
Powered by 4×AAA batteries with USB emergency charging, it features a working current below 300 mA and a wide working temperature range from −25 °C to 75 °C. The standard package includes 1 single bolt lock body and 2 mechanical keys.

A: Under normal use (5–10 openings per day), the batteries can last around 6–12 months.

A: You can use an emergency power supply, such as a power bank (Type-C or 9V battery), to temporarily power the lock and unlock it.
Q3. Does the smart lock support rechargeable batteries?
A: Yes, but we recommend using reliable branded batteries to avoid overcharging or deep discharge.
